How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders over $150.00 to USA and to Canada, and $5.00 for all orders under $150.00. Sorry, we do not sell or ship to countries outside USA or Canada.

Is tracking available?

All orders of $100 in value and over are sent with free registered delivery. If below $100 in value ,there is a option to use registered delivery at a cost of $3.00.This allows you to track your order on its journey to you. Registered delivery requires you to sign for your order when delivered by USPS for us.

Where are my products coming from?

All the products we offer are 100% genuine. Depending on each product they may be registered for use in Australia, USA or the United Kingdom. The products for each country are exactly the same as offered in the USA but come in different packaging.

Do you need to send us a prescription?

All the products are offered over the counter in this country, so there is no need for you to send a prescription. Never commence Heartworm prevention medication if your dog has never been on prevention before or you have missed some treatments. You must take your dog to your veterinarian for a Heartworm test.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 10 days. Some orders are received before this time and some take longer. It is very rare for delivery to take longer than 14 days. If you live in a major city delivery is quicker while regional areas tend to take longer.
